  • 1. Pre treatment: mainly involves removing organic matter, suspended solids, colloids, hardness, and residual chlorine from water to ensure the normal operation of RO.     4. EDI device: The EDI electric desalination system is a new technology that combines the advantages of electrodialysis and ion exchange to overcome their shortcomings. The stable working state of the EDI electric desalination system effectively extends the service life of EDI and reduces the operating costs of users. Its working principle consists of three processes. Firstly, under the action of a direct current electric field, electrolytes in water undergo selective migration through an ion exchange membrane; The second is that the cation exchange resin exchanges ions with electrolytes in water, forming an "ion channel"; The third is the electrochemical regeneration of the exchange resin by H+and OH - generated by the polarization of water at the interface of the ion exchange resin.

    5. Polishing mixed bed: Polishing mixed bed, also known as disposable mixed bed, is generally used at the end of the high-purity water production process to further improve the quality of the produced water. The polishing resin in the polishing mixed bed cannot be regenerated or reused, and the so-called polishing refers to the surface treatment of the resin.
